Players are divided into two groups in the tee time booking system:

• The players with membership at Niitvälja and the shareholders – Members. The players with membership at Niitvälja can check in the system who is playing when and join the flight of their friends if they wish. This information is not displayed to visiting players.
• Visiting players (green fee players) – Visitors.

Creating/activating an account in the booking system

• Those players who have paid for membership at Niitvälja and the shareholders already have accounts in the system. When using the system for the first time, the player must activate their account. The players with membership have been sent e-mails with instructions for activating their accounts. If you have not received the e-mail, click the Book a Tee-Time  widget, select Members, then Read the instructions for Members, enter your e-mail address in the designated field, and click the Send button.
• An e-mail should arrive at the address provided by you immediately. Click the link in the e-mail and set a password (at least 12 characters). Once you have set your password, you can start using the booking system immediately.
• Visiting players (green fee players) can create accounts in the course of booking a tee time.

Booking a tee time (players of Niitvälja)

• Tee times can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
• Select Members to log in and log in. If you would like to see who is playing when, click Book on Tee Sheet. Pick your desired date and click Continue. Read the terms and conditions of booking, mark the respective box when you have done so, and click Confirm Reservation.
• If you would like to book a tee time for a friend who does not have membership at Niitvälja, select Visitor Green fee under the Player Type. This can be done in the course of specifying how many players will be playing. Then you can enter the name of your playing partner. If the name of your playing partner is not displayed under search results, click Invite a Friend, enter the name and e-mail address of you friend, and click Add.

Booking a tee time (visitors)

• Booking a tee time is easy and only takes a few minutes. Click the Book a Tee-Time widget. Pick your desired date and course and click Continue. Select the number of players and click Continue. Select the time when you would like to play. As Niitvälja Golf is using the dynamic pricing method, tee times with different prices can be found in one day. Pick a suitable tee time with a suitable green fee. Click Login & Continue. Log in and confirm the booking. If you do not have a password, click Sign up, fill in the required fields (name and email address), set a password, click Sign up, and confirm your reservation.

Forgot your password?

• If you have forgotten your password, click the Book a Tee-Time widget, followed by Forgot password?, enter your e-mail address in the designated field, and click the Reset password button.
• An e-mail should arrive at the address provided by you immediately. Click the link in the e-mail and set a new password (at least 12 characters). Once you have set your password, you can start using the booking system immediately.

Changing or cancelling your tee time

• If necessary, players must cancel their reservations at least 24 hours before the beginning of the tee time or notify the caddiemaster of the need to cancel the tee time as soon as possible. In the event of a no-show or if a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the beginning of the time slot, the green fee must be paid fully.
• Players must notify Niitvälja Golf of any changes in their reservations (e.g. changing the name of the playing partner).
• If a group of less than four people has been booked to play, the caddiemaster may add other players to the same time slot or add different groups together. The caddiemaster will inform the players of moving the tee time to an earlier or more than sixteen minutes later time.
• The employees of the golf centre may refuse to provide the golfing service to an individual even if they have paid for playing (the green fee or membership) if the individual fails to comply with the procedure and terms and conditions of using the golf course. Any fees which have already been paid for the service will not be refunded.

Tee time bookings on our website by clicking the Book Online button or at the caddiemaster. If you’re unable to play at the chosen time, please cancel your booking no later than 24 hours prior.

The clubhouse’s changing rooms and saunas can be used free of charge (lockers and towels available). Our sauna section comprises of Finnish sauna, steam room, cold-water pool, resting area and outside terrace.

Pro shop provides players with everything they need for their game: tees, balls, gloves, clothes etc.

Golf carts are available upon pre-booking at the caddiemaster.

Trolleys are available without pre-booking.

Range, practice facilities Ideal for practicing and warm-up before the round. Free use for all players. Driving range balls can be obtained at the caddiemaster.

Course Care. Repairing divots – tidy up after your strokes by using divot bags. Practice swings –  try not to harm the grass when taking your practise swings.  Repairing ball-marks – always repair the landing marks of the ball on the green. Bunker rake policy – before leaving the bunker, flatten your footprints and other marks with a rake.

Pace of play An 18-hole round at the Park Course must be played within 4 hours 28 minutes. The scorecard shows the maximum time reserved for each hole. In normal conditions, playing the course in a group of four should take less than 4 hours.

Safety Every player is responsible for safety on the course during their stroke.

Niitvälja Golf has the right to refrain from servicing any player, who refuses to follow the rules. In this case, the paid fee is non-refundable.
